1. What kind of anime figures do you sell? We stock a wide variety: scale figures (1/4 to 1/8), Nendoroids & Figmas (posable chibi/action styles), prize figures, statues, busts, and exclusive/limited editions. Popular series include Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia, Genshin Impact, Fate, Hololive, Vocaloid, and many more. We focus on authentic, high-quality pieces from brands like Good Smile Company, Kotobukiya, Aniplex, etc.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (subject to carrier availability). International shipping is not currently offered.
3. What are my shipping options and times? Choose from these options for U.S. deliveries:
- Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20 – Perfect for fast arrival
- Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 – Our most popular, free on all orders!
- Free Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 – Reliable and no extra cost
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10 – Alternative option if needed
*Times are business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Delays can happen due to carriers, weather, or high volume. You'll get a tracking number by email once shipped.
4. Is shipping free? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on every order – no minimum required. It's our default choice and what most customers pick.
5. What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% happy. Returns accepted for unused/new items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery (full refund, minus original shipping if paid). Contact us to start. Opened figures or items with damage from mishandling are non-returnable. Pre-orders and custom items follow specific rules – check product page.
6. Are the figures authentic? Yes – all our figures are genuine products sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We do not sell bootlegs or knock-offs. Authenticity is our top priority for collectors.
7. How should I care for and display my figures? Keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Dust gently with a soft brush or microfiber cloth. For display, use acrylic risers, LED lights, or detolf-style cabinets. Avoid high humidity. Most come with bases/stands for stable posing.
